RUBBER COVERED PTFE HOSE
Flexline offers various Rubber Covered PTFE hose assemblies. These hoses are FDA approved per 21CFR177.1550, US Phamacopeia Class VI, 3-A Sanitary Standard 62-01. Typical applications include: pharmaceutical processing, sensitive product transfer, biopharmaceutical hose applications, load cells, skid transfer, CIP and SIP applications, vessel and tank transfer, semiconductor component processing, semiconductor wafer carriers, piping systems.
PharmaSmooth RUBBER COVERED PTFE HOSE
Ultra-smooth inside and outside surfaces with smoothness ratings to 20Ra, flexible with excellent bend radii, can be sterilized and autoclaved.

Versilon TLCT, WTLCT, and SFTL Rubber Covered PTFE Hose
TLCT is a robust hose with excellent chemical resistance and kink resistance. The white smooth FEP tube can be cleaned with steam, caustics, solvents, etc. The EPDM cover is resistant to chemicals, ozone and abrasion.
