Non-Destructive Testing Services

Flexline offers Non-destructive testing that is ASNT compliant and we can have an independent lab certify to ASNT level III as required. These services include:

• Hydrostatic testing

• Advanced pneumatic testing

• Liquid Penetrant Inspection

• Visual Inspection (VT)

• Ferrite analysis by an accredited metallurgical lab

• Leak Test Inspection (LT)

• X-Ray inspection

• Helium mass spectrometer detection

In addition Flexline can arrange for SNT-TC-1A Level III oversight of Level II testing techniques. In addition inspections can comply with ASME Section V Articles 6, 7, 9, and 10.
