Gladiator® GCR rubber hose is the premier food transfer hose. Specially constructed to be kink resistant, the hose will return to shape, under pressure, after it has been twisted, kinked, or run over by a vehicle. Gladiator has a non marking cover and is perfect for high transfer areas. It is used throughout food processing plants in applications that require CIP. It withstands high pressures. Tigerflex™ WE™ hose features the same Phthalate free construction of WT but adds a Multi-strand wire to help prevent the build-up of static electricity for added safety and to help keep material flowing smoothly. It’s embedded within the rigid helix to prevent contamination of transferred materials.

Extra Thick Abrasion Resistant Polyurethane Liner – Designed for dry applications where severe abrasion is a factor. Provides for longer hose life and lower operating costs versus rubber or PVC hoses.

Designed for bulk truck and railcar unloading where severe abrasion is present. The hose liner complies with FDA(04) and USDA(12) requirements.
