TEMPERATURE CORRECTION CHART

As the operating temperature of a hose assembly increases the Maximum Working Pressure of the assembly decreases. To use this chart:

1.Determine the maximum working temperature of the application.

2.Locate this temperature on the chart and read across to the metal alloy selected to find the correct factor.

3.Multiply this factor by the Maximum Working Pressure in the Metal Hose Specification Table.

4.This number is the maximum safe working pressure at that elevated temperature.
